We are an established importer/wholesaler and our Hong Kong operations are on a growth path.
We’re seeking a part-time accountant or bookkeeper to join our team.
• Bookkeeping including payroll and monthly reporting
• Monthly closing including reconciliations, asset register maintenance, inventory
• Monthly Management Accounts including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, accounts receivable
• Administer expenses, leave records and general claims
• Maintain proper accounting records and documents to ensure compliance with the government regulations
• Assist in general admin and office management support
• Diploma in Accounting
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience OR 5 years of bookkeeping experience
• Attention to detail
• Be able to work independently
• Xero software familiarity is an advantage
